    The room was cozy. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool in vibrant sunshine and the friendly staff.

    I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, tea/coffee making equipment, a dining area and a seating area. Private bathroom was large. The location was favourable and fantastic, overlooking city. Local fast food option Hardee's was 5 minutes walk away.

    The hotel staff was clueless.

    Truly enjoyed our impeccably clean and updated rooms in this place.

    It was a very comfortable experience. Came here for 2 days, the hotel was fancy, it had favourable location close to attractions and places to eat and go sightseeing, downtown for restaurant so convenient and the Kentucky Bourbon Festival: D

    pleasant stay with minor drawbacks

    The room was impressively clean with an upgraded vanity top that felt fresh and modern. The comfort of the raised beds made for great sleep, and the non-skid tub added a layer of safety. We appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave, which enhanced our experience during our two-night stay.

    The lack of handrails in the bath was concerning.
